Website terms & offer notes
This site describes a managed service offered by Botsource. The contracting entity and engagement-specific terms are identified in writing before payment.
The published offer
The standard commercial frame shown on this site is a refundable $5,000 setup fee that begins a 45-day setup, training, testing, and onboarding period for one scoped role. Botsource’s goal is to bring the bot live before that period ends. At the end of the period, the client decides whether to continue the managed service. Ongoing managed AI starts at $5 per hour. The final rate varies by role, workflow, coverage, and scope and is confirmed in writing before payment. If the client chooses not to continue, the setup fee is fully refunded, no ongoing service begins, and Botsource offboards the role and removes the bot’s access according to the written plan. The 45-day period is not presented as 45 full days of production use.
Managed service and ownership
Unless the written scope states otherwise, Botsource owns and operates the bot and retains its Botsource-created orchestration, configurations, workflows, and operating technology. The client is purchasing a managed service, not commissioning a transferable software asset. Client-provided accounts, data, SOPs, and other pre-existing materials remain the client’s. Rights in outputs, retention, export, deletion, access removal, and offboarding are defined in the engagement terms.
Each active engagement, including the 45-day setup and launch period, includes a designated Botsource account manager as the client’s primary human point of contact. The account manager coordinates onboarding, service questions, concerns, changes, and escalation to technical operations; the client remains responsible for role priorities, approvals, and internal oversight. The account manager is assigned to the account, but is not exclusive or continuously available. Support channels, coverage, response targets, backup coverage, and out-of-scope work are defined in writing.
Multi-role and department engagements
Botsource may scope multiple connected bot roles or a managed bot team under one engagement. These engagements are scoped and priced separately from the public starting rate shown on the site. Roles, rollout sequence, systems, controls, account management, commercial terms, and pricing are determined through assessment and confirmed in a written proposal before payment.
Regulated roles
Security, privacy, and compliance requirements are role- and environment-specific. For long-term care pharmacy work involving PHI, Botsource uses role- and deployment-specific safeguards. Compliance depends on the complete client-and-vendor environment; this is not a certification or guarantee for another bot, system, provider, or use case.
What is role-specific
No role is accepted solely through this website. Before a setup fee is collected, the written scope identifies the role and integrations; launch-period start, target go-live, and refund mechanics; ongoing-service pricing and cancellation terms; third-party costs; ownership; security and data requirements; and access, deletion, and offboarding expectations. Those written terms govern if they differ from general website descriptions.
